Questions to consider

Do you have a stretchy sheet and mattress protector on your Purple® Mattress?

The Purple® Mattress features the Purple Grid, which is designed to dynamically adapt to your individual pressure points and body shape. Non-stretchy bedding can create a drum effect that doesn't allow you to sink into the ultra-comfy Purple Grid properly.

The Purple Sheets and Mattress Protector are designed with unheard-of to work in perfect harmony with your Purple® Mattress, along with oodles of other cool and comfy features. You don't have to use Purple bedding, just make sure whatever you're using has plenty of stretchiness.

What foundation do you have your Purple® Mattress on?

On occasion, we see that the base/foundation may be the cause of unnecessary discomfort while you sleep. We recommend that slats be 3" apart or less. Preferably we recommend your bed lay on a solid frame in general (Wood or metal frame, etc.), and not traditional box spring.

Is the Purple Bed Recyclable?

The Purple® Bed and its packaging is recyclable! If we're unable to find a charity in your area, we'll work to find someone to pick it up from you to recycle it or make sure it finds a good home.

How long have you been sleeping on your Purple® Mattress?

Some customers have found that it takes a while for their body to adjust to the support of the Purple® Mattress — sometimes even 3-4 weeks. This is especially true for sleepers coming off of a broken down and/or unsupportive mattress. If you find that you're waking up sore, this may be the case.

We highly recommend you sleep on your new mattress at least 30 nights to fully adjust. If you're still not convinced after a month, try sleeping on another mattress for a night (your old bed, guest room, or maybe go on a romantic getaway!).

Mattresses Return Policy

You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Purple® Bed. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 21 days. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us or check out our blog!

To initiate a return or for helpful hints, call Customer Care at 888-848-8456.

Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged. You will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

Mattresses Exchange Policy

Purple Mattress, Purple Plus, Purple Hybrid, Purple Hybrid Premier 3, Purple Hybrid Premier 4, and Kid Mattress

You have 100 calendar days to exchange your Purple® Bed from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 100-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged.

To initiate an exchange, call Customer Care at 888-848-8456. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process (to be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 100-night trial period, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged).

Your 100-night trial will continue to run from the date the first mattress was delivered (or 30 days from the delivery of your second mattress, whichever is greater). In most cases, if mattress removal is selected your first mattress will be removed at the same time the second mattress is delivered.

Pillows Return Policy

You have 100 calendar days to return your Purple® Pillow from the date of delivery. We recommend sleeping on your Purple® Pillow for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below.

To be eligible for a return, your Purple® Pillow must be clean and undamaged.

Seat Cushions Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return your Purple® Seat Cushion from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Purple Seat Cushion must be clean and undamaged.

Seat Cushions Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to exchange your Purple® Seat Cushion from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your cushion must be clean and undamaged.

Bedding Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.* To be eligible for a return, your product must be clean and undamaged.

Sleepy Jones + Purple Pajamas Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.* To be eligible for a return, your product must be clean, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with hangtags still attached.

Bed Frames Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.* To be eligible for a return, your product must be clean and undamaged.

Ascent Adjustable Base Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction with this product, Purple® is pleased to offer you a 100-night trial. You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Purple Ascent Adjustable Base. Because it can take time to become familiar with the product, we require a minimum trial of 21 days.

If the adjustable base is not functioning properly, customers should first contact Ergomotion warranty service by visiting https://warranty.ergomotion.com/warranty or calling 1-888-550-3746.

To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days. The bed frame must be fully functional, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process and send you a return shipping label. The label, including the Return Merchandise Authorization number, must be visible and legible on the package.

Due to the nature of this product, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. You are responsible for dropping off the repackaged bed frame with attached shipping label at FedEx or another specified shipping location. If you are unable to drop off at a shipping location, you may opt-in for FedEx pickup, but an additional fee will be deducted from your refund. Pickup fees may range from $240 up to $500.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with the requirements stated above. If it passes inspection, you will be refunded the full product price less the value of any discount, interest accrued (if financed), 10% restocking fee, and any pick-up or box charges if applicable.
